Madden NFL 17 has its commentary update for the start of the regular season
The weekly updates to commentary for Madden NFL 17 continue with today's additions coming out of the conclusion to the preseason. Storylines include the Sam Bradford trade, evaluations of preseason performances, injuries from around the league, and the excitement for the start of the regular season. NBA 2K17 features authentic arena audio for all 30 teams
Please enable Javascript to watch this video 2K Sports released a new video today promoting one of the features for NBA 2K17 that was leaked early last week. The development team traveled to all 30 arenas to record audio that would make each venue feel authentic and unique. Madden NFL 17 has its commentary update for week three of the preseason
The updates being made to the commentary in Madden NFL 17 now reflect storylines out of the third week of the preseason. Play Now and Online Head-to-Head will receive relevant commentary about NFL happenings regularly throughout the season. The new announcing duo of Brandon Gaudin and Charles Davis will additionally be recording more audio for other modes like Franchise and Ultimate Team at certain points during the year. Trailer and more details on the Draft Champions mode for NHL 17
EA Sports introduced competitive draft-style modes last year in Madden and FIFA. Draft Champions now will be making its debut in the NHL series and today the publisher went into further details on what to expect along with a trailer showcasing the mode. The NHL version of Draft Champions involves 12 rounds with 4 players to choose from in each, followed by a series of games played against either the CPU or online opponents. (more…)...

Infinite Air gets release date and new trailer
There are two mountain sports games coming out this year with Steep in December and Infinite Air which now has a release date of October 25. The latter comes from HB Studios which most recently developed The Golf Club and it'll be available on Xbox One, PS4, and PC for $50. Cover athlete Mark McMorris is joined by his brother Craig, Silje Norendal, Torstein Horgmo, Danny Davis, and Ulrik Badertscher as playable snowboarders in the game. (more…)...

Get a one week jump start on your NBA 2K17 MyCareer with The Prelude
2K Sports today announced "The Prelude" which will be a free downloadable experience for NBA 2K17 that involves creating your MyPlayer character and playing through the college portion of MyCareer Mode. The Prelude will go out on Friday, September 9 - that's one full week before the game releases on the 16th.
