Some of the aspects of the game shown briefly include the play creator, free agent negotiation, coaching decisions, and actual on the field action. NCAA Football 09 pre-alpha video
Even in pre-alpha stage the movement is really impressive. You can definitely see how free each animation is and how it can be broken into another at any time. MLB 2K8 full game video
This full nine inning game from MLB 2K8 features the Texas Rangers @ Tampa Bay Rays. It was the first game played after running through the pitching practice (which if you missed it can be found here). So MLB 2K8 has finally arrived and one of the most critical aspects of the game this year is the new right analog pitching mechanic.
