Patch being worked on for Madden 08
Yesterday EA tipped off that a patch is in the works for Madden 08 by releasing it prematurely for the PS3. As it was not complete it caused some problems and was retracted later in the day. Also the rosters on both the 360 and PS3 were rolled back to the original default set. It isn't known whether the two issues were related. NHL 08 team working on patching game issues
EA has released the following statement to update on certain issues that have arisen since the release of NHL 08. Specifically the disconnects that occur before the start of online games and the tracking of losses in Dynasty mode. The NHL game development team have diagnosed a problem with online user disconnects while trying to connect to a percentage of Online Team Play, Versus, and Online Shootout game modes. Now normally I couldn't care less about FIFA news but this is pretty big and ultimately is a sign of where other sports games will be headed.
