Oliver Stone is also back as director for Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps. Emerging from a lengthy prison stint, Gordon Gekko finds himself on the outside of a world he once dominated...

Last month the first trailer for Hot Tub Time Machine made its way out. Though the movie hasn't officially been rated yet it will end up with an R rating and because of that the standard trailer can't really get across the true nature of the comedy. So in an attempt to do so a brand new Red Band trailer arrived today. The movie is directed by Steve Pink (Accepted) who was the writer of High Fidelity and Grosse Point Blank and stars John Cusack along with a host of comedians. The story cent...

Last month I wrote about the upcoming film Buried which is actually set to screen sometime at the Sundance Film Festival which began today and runs through the 31st. The script has gotten rave reviews and the buzz is high on Ryan Reynolds who is supposedly the only person that will be seen on screen. In Buried he plays a private contractor in Iraq that is attacked and wakes up in a coffin buried alive with only a lighter, flashlight, and cell phone. The entirety of the movie is spent in that c...

I never envisioned the SNL skit "MacGruber" would be turned into a movie. It seems like most everyone that hears about this expects it to be terrible and its tough to argue against that. Personally I've never found the skits to be funny at all. That being said there is actually some buzz around this movie that it pushes unexpected limits and has gotten great response in test screenings. The first trailer came out today and somewhat surprisingly being red band it implies the movie will have an...
  • New Trailer for Kick-Ass

Knowing they have what very well could be a huge hit on their hands Lionsgate continues to churn out media for Kick-Ass. This is a more well rounded trailer than the first but still proves it will be difficult to get across just how violent and graphic the movie actually is. Hopefully they'll be able to release a Red Band trailer in the near future. The buzz surrounding Kick-Ass is off the charts so it will be interesting to see the build up and how the marketing is handled as its April 16th r...

The trailer for The A-Team that is debuting in theaters this weekend has leaked early online. While it isn't high quality it's decent enough to check out. Given that it was a leak it is being pulled from various places so check it out while its available. The movie stars Bradley Cooper (Lt Templeton ‘Faceman’ Peck), Quinton “Rampage” Jackson (Sgt Bosco ‘B.A.’ Baracus), Sharlto Copely (Capt ‘Howling Mad’ Murdock) and Liam Neeson (Col John â...
  • Trailer for Frozen

The full theatrical trailer for Frozen has arrived. Three snowboarders are unknowingly stranded high up on a chairlift as the resort closes leaving them to realize they must act before they freeze to death. This has the look of another high concept but relatively low budget film which could catch on due to word-of-mouth. Watching this I definitely think of movies such as Open Water, Paranormal Activity, and the upcoming Buried. Frozen is slated to release on February 5th. ...

Dreamworks next animated offering is How to Train Your Dragon featuring the voices of Jay Baruchel and Gerard Butler. The son of a Viking chief must capture a dragon in order to mark his passage into manhood and prove his worthiness to the tribe. Early buzz has this shaping up to possibly be the best Dreamworks animated film to date, or at least amongst the better ones they have produced. How to Train Your Dragon is slated to release on March 26th. DRAGONS TRAILER 02 VO HAS HERITAGEby Miste...
