    EA Sports has released a blog detailing what will be found in the second patch for Madden 10. There is nothing further provided on when the patch will be out as it is just awaiting certification clearance from Microsoft and Sony.     The patch for NBA 2K10 on the Xbox 360 has gone live. When starting up the game an auto-prompt will appear stating there is an update available. As long as the console is connected online this should occur. The PS3 patch is still in the certification stage and appears headed towards release sometime next week.     The official forums for NBA 2K10 are currently in an uproar over issues being seen with NBA 2K10. Primarily the focus is on the framerate dropping in games and in My Player mode, along with poor online play performance or the inability to play online at all.     I have a love-hate relationship with career modes in sports titles.     A lawsuit filed by former NFL player Jim Brown against Electronic Arts over the use of his likeness in past Madden games has been dismissed. Brown had made the claim that having a player similar in make-up to him represented a "false endorsement" even though his name was ever included in the game.     The AFL downloadable content for Madden 10 is now available on the Xbox 360 and PS3. As posted on previously the DLC includes AFL Legacy jerseys, five new achievements/trophies, and five new Madden Moments in addition to the optional special retro-style presentation of the Legacy games.
