MLB 10: The Show Videos

Disney May Be Planning Ant-Man Movie
Slashfilm has discovered that Disney, who owns the rights to the Marvel properties, has purchased a domain for a possible Ant-Man movie. As they state, generally domains are bought because something is being developed. First Round NFL Mock Draft #2
With the NFL Combine out of the way (and reports on each position posted in the NFL Draft section) this mock draft incorporates changes based off performances or any other recent developments. MLB 2K10 Online Play Troubles
I've been looking forward to testing out the online play for the new baseball titles given that they have struggled performance wise in the past. MLB 2K9 actually ran relatively well online so I had hope that would be the case again this year but issues abound already for MLB 2K10. (more…)...

NHL 2K Series Hiatus Confirmed
Back in December I broke the story that 2K Sports was likely benching the NHL 2K franchise. The company did not confirm that was the case at the time but they continued to let the rumors swirl which was indication enough that the series was being put to a halt. Today 2K Sports confirmed (via Kotaku) that there will be no NHL 2K11 for the 360 and PS3 but they may return for 2K12. First Patch for MLB 10: The Show Released
While continuing to respond to some of the early issues being experienced on the first day of release, SCEA has already pushed the first patch for MLB 10: The Show out. This patch was created and cleared through before release of the game, meaning it does not address the issues that gamers have since reported. Review: Kick-Ass
As most every movie fan can attest to there are times when high levels of anticipation can lead to eventual disappointment. Having read all the great early buzz for Kick-Ass I entered with the concern that this would be the case here. Those high expectations though turned out to be far exceeded. Kick-Ass is a fantastic blend of a comic book vibe with heavy action and explicit violence, plenty of laughs, and genuine emotional pull. (more…)...

Backbreaker Previews and Gameplay Videos
IGN and Gamespot have posted the first hands-on previews for Backbreaker. The Euphoria driven football game is slated to release on May 18th and this is the first opportunity the media outlets have had to actually play the game.
