EA Sports has posted a new blog for Madden 11 that goes over the improvements to blocking in the running game. Four different run plays are featured with the Power O, HB Counter, HB Stretch, and Inside Zone broken down. You can check out the full blog posting here. The new Run Blocking AI will open up more running lanes and allow users to establish a true ground attack like we see proficient running teams do on Sunday. It all starts with blocking, without blocking the greatest running back...

Starz has announced that a six episode prequel to Spartacus: Blood and Sand has begun production. No mention was made of when the prequel will begin airing. Production on the second season of Spartacus was delayed to allow for star Andy Whitfield to receive treatment after being diagnos...

I've made no secret of my love for Kick-Ass but its performance at the box office has been somewhat disappointing. It didn't turn out to be a huge hit that some, including Lionsgate, had been hoping for. That being said it is already profitable and cruising to a respectable take. It cost just $30 million to make and has pulled in a worldwide total that is currently at $73 million. Its prospects on DVD are also encouraging. CLINT is a new magazine being spearheaded by Mark Millar who created...
