NBA Elite 11 Hook Shot Exploit
A big topic of discussion right now coming out of the NBA Elite 11 demo is what is being referred to as the "hook shot glitch". It really isn't a glitch since it was programmed this way, but is a pretty obvious exploit that needs to be addressed. UFC Undisputed 2010 Patch #2 Details
THQ has checked back in regarding the upcoming patch for UFC Undisputed 2010 which originally was targeted to release by the end of the month and now appears won't be out until mid-October. It is currently being completed with plans to submit to Microsoft and Sony next week. Generally the patch certification process takes around two weeks. An animated film about a battling faction of owls wouldn't have been many people's first guess of what project director Zack Snyder would take on coming off directing 300 and The Watchmen. Despite that it actually turns out to be a great fit, as he has created an experience that will captivate the younger crowd while giving everyone something to appreciate in its actual look and dramatic edge even with a story that feels rushed. Take Two Jumping on the “Online Pass” Bandwagon
EA Sports was the first to introduce the "Online Pass", a one-time-use code included in new copies of games granting online functionality leaving those who buy the game used to pay for online access. THQ rolled out their own program, Sony was next in line to support it, and other companies such as Activision and Ubisoft have expressed a desire to do the same. JaVale McGee Upset with NBA 2K11 Rating
Yesterday the player ratings for the starting rosters in NBA 2K11 were released and JaVale McGee of the Washington Wizards is displeased with how he is represented in the game. McGee is rated a 59 making him better than only two starting centers in the whole league. He also complained that former teammate Antawn Jamison is rated a 71, saying he should be at least an 80.
