Review: RED
RED stands for "Retired and Extremely Dangerous" which is a classification given to only the best spies after they move on from their career. When an attempt to kill Frank Moses (Bruce Willis) fails it sets off a series of events that brings himself, along with some of his old friends, back to bring down a conspiracy. Trailer for Drive Angry 3D
A full theatrical trailer for the Nicolas Cage action film Drive Angry 3D has arrived and follows a teaser that was released coming out of Comic-Con. Cage plays a man who goes on a rampage after the murder of his daughter and kidnapping of her baby. Amber Heard and William Fichtner also star with the movie having been filmed in 3D rather than converted in post-production. NBA 2K11 Online Impressions
The NBA 2K series has struggled mightily with online play as 2K Sports attempted to expand features while taking on the increased load that has come with the growing sales base. Crippling lag and features that didn't function as advertised made for a frustrating online experience. September Sales Success for EA Sports
September was big for EA Sports as their three most recent games finished in the top five in sales for the month. Unfortunately NPD has decided to no longer provide the actual sales numbers for consoles or individual titles instead leaving that to the manufacturers and publishers which is a little disconcerting. UFC Undisputed 2010 Patch #2 Out Now
A second patch for UFC Undisputed 2010 is now available for both the 360 and PS3. This patch is heavy with the online related fixes but early positive impressions are being made based on the gameplay tweaks provided. With EA Sports MMA scheduled to arrive next week the timing of this patch is certainly curious but likely just a coincidence. Men In Black 3 Cast Coming Together
With filming for Men in Black III scheduled to begin next month the cast is starting to fill up. Already we knew that both Will Smith (Agent J) and Tommy Lee Jones (Agent K) would be back along with director Barry Sonnenfield. The movie takes place in present day as well as 1969.
