The patch that just arrived for Madden 11 advertised that it would be delivering a handful of new uniforms and variations on current ones. However many were noting that they did not have them within the options to choose from and I confirmed the same on my end. It also seemed to be limited to the 360 side with reports that PS3 users did receive the jerseys immediately. It turns out for the 360 that after receiving the patch the "Ultimate Team Rivals Pack" must be downloaded to get access to...

The post NFL week seven roster update for Madden 11 is expected to arrive tomorrow. This update features Chris Johnson, who just reclaimed a 99 rating last week, falling back to 98. Vernon Davis and Ray Lewis get solid increases with Davis now just a point away from the coveted 99 overall rating. Jared Gaither, Adam Jones, and Dallas Clark are amongst a large group of players to hit the IR. Curiously Tony Romo had just a single point deducted and otherwise wasn't affected in this update. EW.com has posted the first official photo of Chris Evans in 'Captain America' gear. It's pretty much what I had pictured the character would look like. The only thing really missing at this point is his mask. In the interview with EW, Evans talks about how at first he was a bit apprehensive about accepting the role of Steve Rogers. Evans recalls, “I was just scared. I realized my whole decision making process was fear based, and you never want to make a decision out of fear. I canââ...

EA Sports' NBA franchise is being moved to the Tiburon studio as reported by 1Up. The news has not been confirmed but comes on a day where layoffs are beginning to take place. Those are being described by EA as the typical seasonal layoffs they complete after release cycles finish and are company wide not limited to EA Sports. Just some quick analysis on what this might mean. First, it is even more likely now that NBA Elite 11 will never see the light of day. A move to a new studio will req...
