NHL 11 Complete Patch Details
Over the weekend some of the gameplay related fixes and improvements for the NHL 11 patch were laid out. Now EA Sports has released a full comprehensive list of everything that the patch will be influencing. That includes in areas such as online play, Be a GM mode, Hockey Ultimate Team mode, and more. With the release of Tron Legacy nearing the marketing is starting to ramp up and that has brought about a brand new trailer. Tron Legacy is the sequel to the 1982 cult classic Tron. Organizational Shakeup at EA Sports
EA Sports is going through a restructuring that has resulted in the elimination of the general manager position at both EA Canada and Tiburon studios. Philip Holt (Tiburon) is remaining with the company but in a different role while Moira Dang (EA Canada) has moved on. It is unknown how much of a role the debacle that was NBA Elite 11 had in the decision to reorganize the company but it certainly seems to have played a part. Conan Premieres to Big Ratings
Conan O'Brien spent much of the last year since departing NBC doing a live tour show and then preparing for his new show on TBS. Conan finally debuted last night and the ratings beat out all its rivals including The Tonight Show. AMC has announced they have officially renewed the zombie centric comic-adaptation The Walking Dead for a second season. After premiering to huge ratings it held extremely well in last night's second episode which drew 4.7 million viewers and a 2.5 rating in the 18-49 age range.
