First Look at The Red Skull in Captain America
In the lead up to the new trailer for Captain America which is set to arrive this weekend Marvel (via Entertainment Weekly) has revealed the first look at The Red Skull as played by Hugo Weaving. The character of Johann Schmidt, a Nazi general officer and confidant of Adolf Hitler, becomes The Red Skull after an experiment not unlike the one that turns Steve Rogers (Chris Evans) into Captain America. Directed by Joe Johnston Captain America is slated to release on July 22nd.

EA Sports has opened up the voting for the NCAA Football 12 cover athlete. The process is being conducted on Facebook from the NCAA Football page. As reported yesterday Alabama RB Mark Ingram, Washington QB Jake Locker, Oklahoma RB DeMarco Murray, and Auburn DT Nick Fairley are the candidates in the running for the honor.

Trailer for ‘Tron: Uprising’ Animated Series
Disney has released a trailer for the upcoming animated television show Tron: Uprising. The series takes place during the time when CLU takes over the grid and Flynn flees to the safe house. Voice talent will include Bruce Boxleitner, Elijah Wood, Emmanuelle Chriqui, Mandy Moore, Paul Reubens, and Nate Corddry. Tron: Uprising is slated to premiere on Disney XD in summer 2012.
