NCAA Football 12 released with a number of serious problems that have been well documented which has prompted some response. Sadly add another to the running list with an issue that was discovered in named rosters. Review: Captain America
Captain America has one of the stronger origin stories in the Marvel universe. That resulted in hope for the project which despite some concerns along the way holds even more importance considering it acts as the lead-in to The Avengers. Going back to a different period with World War II allowed the story to escape some of the SHIELD pitfalls that resulted in criticism in the others while establishing an emotional component given where the story inevitably heads. (more…)...

NCAA Football 12 SuperSim on the Web
As one of the new web-based features in NCAA Football 12 the SuperSim feature comes as part of the 'Commissioner Pack' DLC for $7. That pack also provides for the ability to run five Online Dynasties and advance the week via the web - though that feature has been delayed to sometime in August. EA Sports has released a new video for NHL 12 featuring the Be a Pro "Revamped" career mode. The trailer flashes through a number of aspects to the mode such as the ability to start a career and spend four season in the CHL, get drafted into the NHL, complete new on-ice tasks, save highlights of key moments, simulating to the next shift, and more.
