Taking a Look at FIFA 13 iOS
EA Sports has released the first FIFA 13 for iOS screenshots - there are also a couple videos to have earlier come out of E3. Check out the three images here.
Other than just the visual enhancements seen consider changes to the on-screen controls apparent with the directional swiping "skill moves" as well as the addition of EA Sports Football Club. One of the big discussions from EA as of late, including during the recent E3 press conference, has been adding social elements and tying the...
NBA Live 13 Goes Away From Stretched Out Ratings Introduced Three Years Ago
The overall ratings from NBA Live 13 that EA Sports provided for the rookies drafted in the first round won't tell you much about the player's skill levels or effectiveness in the upcoming game. They're essentially empty numbers with no context and varying by only a few points here and there between most of the picks made their reveals fairly uninteresting.
What is evident however from those overall ratings is that the new development team is reverting to a more traditional ratings scale ...
Latest Trailer for NHL 13 Promotes Enhancements Made to Goalies
EA Sports has released another new trailer for NHL 13 - this time the focus is improvements for the goalies. Where the Community Stands on Purchasing NCAA Football 13
Charting the track that NCAA Football 13 has taken to its release has been interesting. Coming off a year in which the series was plagued by a bevy of serious problems polls along the way showed anticipation levels were able to recover and rise for announcements related to gameplay, presentation, and Dynasty mode. The demo also provided some positive traction in a time that was hostile due to the lack of the "Infinity Engine" which was announced for Madden NFL 13. Support waned though with i...

NCAA Football Series Will Need to Find New Sideline Reporter
Though the four team college football playoff won't be instituted until 2014 (likely introduction in NCAA 15) the NCAA Football series has a major shakeup to deal with already for NCAA 14. Erin Andrews will not be back with ESPN. (more…)...
First Report on Madden NFL 13 for Vita
Outside of the general outlook for the PlayStation Vita version of Madden NFL 13 being based primarily on Madden NFL 12 - and the lack of cross-platform play via save transfers with the PS3 - very little about the game had been discussed by EA Sports or Sony. It wasn't on hand at E3 and given the terrible sales numbers for the Vita system not many could fault EA's logic in their avoidance of dedicating heavy resources towards its development. (more…)...
NCAA 13 Rosters in Teambuilder Fixed
Yesterday EA Sports launched the 2013 version of Teambuilder for NCAA Football 13 but with it a number of issues were immediately identified. The biggest - and most concerning considering similar circumstances necessitated a patch with NCAA 10 - were rosters so inconceivably bad that it was clear a mistake had been made. (more…)...
