THQ Bankruptcy Means WWE License Will Likely Soon Need a New Home
Earlier today THQ declared bankruptcy and the intention to sell off assets to Clearlake Capital Group representing the latest development in what is the gradual demise of the company. While some ongoing projects at THQ have been confirmed to continue development the one property on the most shaky ground considering its licensed status is WWE. MLB 13: The Show Introduces Universal Profile and New Throwback Uniforms
SCEA has released some additional details on MLB 13: The Show relating to a new "Universal Profile" and throwback uniforms that will be available. Given that it is mid-December, when typically only cover athlete and basic features have been discussed in the past, the news makes for interesting information to digest before the bigger features are to be revealed beginning in January.
