NBA 2K13 Gets Second Week 23 Roster Update
A follow-up to the roster update released yesterday for NBA 2K13 has arrived and brings with it the first ratings adjustments in nearly three weeks. After getting a +7 bump for Maurice Harkless in mid-March the Magic continue to benefic with Tobias Harris and Nikola Vucevic combining for +12 here.
