    If it weren't for the unprecedented leaks regarding the feature set of NBA 2K16, virtually nothing about the upcoming game would have been known even with August quickly approaching. There hasn't been much of anything official, not even a screenshot.     EA Sports continues to work through the defensive side of the ball, finishing up the front seven with the defensive tackles today. Geno Atkins has slid out of the top five at the position, while Aaron Donald has surged ahead of several players that were rated above him at the conclusion of last season to grab the final spot in the rankings.  (more…)...

    Last year, shortly after the launch of EA Access, Madden NFL 15 came and went without a demo. EA claimed it was just a coincidence, that EA Access wouldn't have any impact on demos for future titles. This year however there's been Rory McIlroy PGA Tour, which did not have a demo.     It's no surprise who leads the way on the defensive line as far as Madden NFL 16 ratings go. The most dominant player in the league, J.J. Watt, retains the 99 Overall he held last season. The top five players at defensive end are all the same as last season, but shake out in a different order, and one player that was tied for a spot has dropped out of the group.  (more…)...

    With the beta for NHL 16 only two days away now, the nine different player types to choose from, plus three styles of goalie, for use in EA Sports Hockey League have now been revealed.     EA Sports has continued rolling out player ratings for Madden NFL 16, every day, including over the weekends. The schedule then would appear to have the top players at each position possibly wrapped up Sunday, with next Monday being the start of the complete ratings for every team with a different division in the spotlight stretching over eight days. Today the top players at middle linebacker, outside linebacker, and on the offensive line are listed.  (more…)...
