With Madden NFL 25 struggling to sell, and next-gen just two months away, retailers are looking at ways to move the product. Amazon immediately added a $10 credit that also applied to preorders. Now they have an even better offer and once again it's especially good for those who plan to upgrade to the Xbox One in November. The "Shave and Save" deal provides a $20 discount for Madden NFL 25 when buying a Gillette Fusion Proglide razor ($6.64). Considering the original $10 promo credit rema...

In a surprise move yesterday Amazon added a $10 promo credit to Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 copies of Madden NFL 25 (excluding the Anniversary Edition) for both ongoing sales and consumers who pre-ordered. Elsewhere NewEgg via Ebay had copies going for $45 but their supply was run through fairly quickly. Costco meanwhile is selling the game for $55. As was the case with NCAA Football 14 it's likely some retailers will drop the price temporarily on Madden even lower within the next week or two...

Earlier this month Gamestop announced a program which will give consumers who buy Madden NFL 25, FIFA 14, Battlefield 4, Assassin’s Creed IV, and Call of Duty: Ghosts on the Xbox 360 the opportunity to trade those games in for $50 in credit to put towards the same game on the Xbox One once released. Now Amazon is offering essentially the same deal but for a total of eight games. Trade in the current-gen copy by December 31 and receive a $50 promo credit with Amazon to put toward...

    Posted July 16th, 2013 at 4:45 pm 4 Comments »
MLB: The Show has generally been one of the most difficult sports series to find a significant deal on even deep into the summer months. That hasn't been the case this year however as it has dipped at multiple points to $30 or even below it. Today brings the best deal so far with Amazon offering the PS3 version for just $20. Best Buy also has the PS3 version online with in-store pickup for $20 and the PlayStation Vita version for just $10! It's unclear how long the sales will be active (i...

  • Post-Release Deals on NCAA Football 14

With NCAA Football 14 having released earlier this week those who did not pick it up already have a couple options to consider if still interested in doing so. The Toys "R" Us promo continues through Saturday (today) with the in-store offer being a $25 gift card with purchase to put towards another item or items at a later date. If that isn't an option then it's definitely worth noting that Amazon already has a lower price on NCAA 14. The Xbox 360 version is going for $49.50 (this offe...
  • NCAA Football 14 Deal at Toys”R”Us

In recent years a number of retailers have offered up their own incentives for purchasing NCAA Football to go along with the pre-order bonuses provided to them by EA Sports. For example last year Amazon simply dropped the price of the game to $45 for pre-orders and the year prior they offered up a $20 promotional credit. Those were incredible deals considering the game wouldn't drop to those prices for weeks if not months. Even used copies were not all that enticing considering the "Online P...
  • Deal on Tiger Woods PGA Tour 14
    by
Posted April 8th, 2013 at 10:30 am No Comments »
Only two weeks after release and there is already a huge deal on Tiger Woods 14 available at some retailers. Amazon has the standard version of the game at just $40 with the Xbox 360 but $50 on PS3, while the Historic Edition sits at $60 for both systems. With the Historic Edition content available on the marketplace for $20 there is no advantage to buying one over the other for the 360 if desired. If there is any interest in picking up Tiger this year the deal would be hard to pass...
