EA Play 2020 introduces first look at Next-Gen
Electronic Arts held the annual EA Play event earlier today and did so remotely with a pre-taped production. As expected upcoming sports games premiered first looks accompanied by additional details including release news. It is notable however that there was just a single trailer shown during the presentation and only featured two of the four upcoming titles.

The presence of Madden NFL 19 at the EA Play event was limited to a trailer, which had the intention of demonstrating the new Real Player Motion technology. First FIFA 19 trailer and Champions League licensing made official
The EA Play press briefing today featured the FIFA 19 reveal with the debut of its teaser trailer. EA Sports made the inclusion of Champions League official but that's not exactly news given that it was obvious the series would be getting it when competitor Pro Evolution Soccer announced they lost that license nearly two months ago. The game will release September 28.

E3/EA Play 2018 Preview
Though its relevance on the ground has been fading E3 still represents a massive yearly event for the gaming industry. The press briefings that take place prior to E3 are main draw for observers while Electronic Arts has left E3 to hold their own overlapping event known as EA Play and other companies have begun to take similar approaches.

Madden NFL 18 “Long Shot” Trailer
While several features for Madden NFL 18 were detailed earlier the introduction of the Story Mode had only been teased. Today out of EA Play it received a proper reveal. Going with the title of "Long Shot" the mode will include time both in high school and college. Some licensed universities will even be featured* with the trailer showing both Texas and Oregon.
