First Look at Hulk Hogan in WWE All-Stars Includes “Hollywood” Persona
The first two in-game shots of Hulk Hogan from WWE All-Stars comes via the Facebook app detailed over the weekend. While one focuses on John Cena the other actually reveals the heel persona of "Hollywood Hulk" which is the first news of such being included. It'll be interesting to see if this is just cosmetic as suggested by being labeled simply as "alternate ring gear" or if the "Hollywood" Hulk characte...
THQ Launches New Facebook Apps
THQ has planned to bring some of their franchises to Facebook and within the last few days rolled out two of them. Though they have yet to be officially announced, Hulk Hogan, Ultimate Warrior, and Randy Orton look as though they will be included in the roster for WWE All-Stars. WWE All-Stars Arcade-Style Controllers
THQ and Mad Catz have teamed up to create two WWE All-Stars branded controllers designed to be advantageous for use with the arcade fighter. One is a joystick with an arcade layout and the other is more standard controller form with a D-Pad and six button layout.
The "Brawl Stick" will go for a hefty $79.99 while the "Brawl Pad" comes in at $39.99. They are both currently slated to release on March 22nd, which is one week ahead of when WWE All-Stars will arrive in stores. (more…)...
Macho Man Joins WWE All-Stars
THQ has announced that "Macho Man" Randy Savage is amongst the playable characters in the upcoming WWE All-Stars. This is an especially significant development as he has absent in video games since WWF Royal Rumble released way back in 1993 for Super Nintendo and Sega Genesis and WCW/NWO Revenge in 1998 for the Nintendo 64.

SvR 2011 Releases New DLC Pack
THQ has announced that the highly anticipated DLC #2 Pack for WWE Smackdown vs Raw 2011 is now available for both the 360 and PS3. The DLC delivers several new characters including three from the Nexus stable (Wade Barrett, David Otunga, Justin Gabriel), legendary Lex Luger and British Bulldog, and another diva with Layla. There is also alternate ring gear for Shawn Michaels and the NXT arena included.

Remaining October Sales Results
Having already detailed the doubling in sales that the NBA 2K series received with 2K11 and the drop-off that Madden 11 is now experiencing that leaves a handful of other titles and their sales to still discuss. THQ Tired of Being “Cheated”
Last week we got news that THQ was expanding its version of the "online pass" from its original debut in UFC Undisputed 2010 to the next release from the company WWE Smackdown vs Raw 2011. Their games going forward will come with the one-time-use code to access online functionality and for those who don't buy the game new they'll be stuck paying $10 to reach the online features.
This "online pass" tactic appears as though it will be the standard in the future with EA Sports already using it...
