    The first post-release update for Pro Evolution Soccer 2017 is scheduled to release near the end of the month. The patch will feature a number of player likeness improvements and specific play-styles for individuals. It will also update the pitch side hoardings and introduce new official boot styles to the game, including the option of choosing a variety of studs.     The second post-release patch for NHL 17 arrived today, and while it fixes one major gameplay issue it appears any others have gone unaddressed. The first patch for the game in September was based largely on community feedback out of the pre-release beta while this one instead looks to fix some issues before another patch comes responding to feedback since then. The update hits mostly on EA Sports Hockey League and Ultimate Team.     Besides the two mountain sports titles the wave of sports game releases for the year is now in the rear view mirror and the focus naturally turns to enjoying them rather than the anticipation that precedes them.     The first post-release patch for FIFA 17 is nearing release for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One and is already available on PC. EA Sports provided details on what to expect out of the update.     It hasn't even been three weeks since FIFA 17 released but the game can already be had at a significant discount. Amazon has it as the "Deal of the Day" for $40 on both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. This will likely be the lowest price found on FIFA 17 until Black Friday in late November so those who are interested should consider taking advantage of the deal.     The latest refresh of the popular mobile version of the FIFA series has just released. FIFA Mobile, which drops Ultimate Team from the title but is still heavily based on the team-building model, can now be downloaded free for iOS through iTunes and for Android from Google Play.
