New Nascar 08 videos
New videos have made their way out for Nascar 08 showing off some in-game action and a look at drafting.Is it just me, or do the graphics look considerably worse than previous videos and screenshots? Eric Staal named NHL 08 cover athlete
EA Sports has revealed that Carolina Hurricanes' Eric Staal has been chosen to be on the cover of NHL 08. "I am a huge fan of the NHL franchise and played NHL 07 fanatically," says Staal. "I am honored to be named to the EA SPORTS family and the NHL 08 team." Staal scored 30 goals and had 40 assists in the 2007 season. ...

EA to publish games for the Mac
EA has announced that they will begin supporting the Mac with games starting next month. Soon after sports titles such as Madden 08 and Tiger Woods 08 will make their way out. I wonder what kind of a market there is for them? They seem to grudgingly release games on the PC and that has a much larger base to draw from. I wouldn't imagine there would be many potential sales but analysis must've shown they could profit off this decision....

First NHL 08 details and screens
IGN has posted the first look at NHL including both info on the game as well as screenshots. Heading towards the true multiplayer experience
With the recent news from EA that they are shooting for Fifa 2010 to have the ability online of 11 individuals vs 11 individuals, it brings up whether that is the directon they may be headed in other games such as Madden or NBA Live.
