2010 FIFA World Cup Announced

EA Sticking With Tiger Woods
After two months of speculation today EA Sports officially announced Tiger Woods PGA Tour 11. This comes as somewhat of a surprise as indications were at least that considerations were being made otherwise. From the beginning the biggest concern has been that the Tiger franchise sells the most on the family friendly Wii. EA Still Analyzing Tiger Woods Situation
Last week EA Sports announced they would be going forward with Tiger Woods PGA Tour Online. However the wording associated with that was specifically tailored so as to leave the door open for making a change to the standard yearly console versions of the game. Madden 10 Wins Poll as Favorite Game of 2009
Over the last two weeks votes have been coming in for the sports game that was most enjoyed in 2009. Over 5300 total votes had been cast at the time of publishing this article. That represents a significant number from a large cross-section of gamers and as such is a good indicator of general sentiment towards the titles. New EA Sports Game May Be NBA Jam
After a few weeks of speculation and discovery of a possible NFL Trainer game now there is another entry to consider for the new game to be announced by EA this month. ESPN reports the game in question will be an updated version of NBA Jam for the Wii. This is especially surprising given that NBA Jam was made by Midway before passing to Acclaim meaning EA would have purchased the rights to the franchise. NBA and NCAA Football Avatar Gear
Back in October NFL jerseys arrived for Xbox 360 avatars. Now NBA and NCAA Football jerseys have joined them in the marketplace. Interestingly in the competitive NBA arena both companies have released similar content.
