    EA Sports and the NCAA could be close to announcing a licensing agreement that would introduce college hockey into the NHL series. Paul Kelly of College Hockey Inc. has stated that the NCAA has been in talks with EA Sports for some time now and are close to reaching that agreement.     A few weeks ago word leaked out that the rights to the Canadian Hockey League had been purchased by EA Sports and would be included in NHL 11. That has now been confirmed. The Western Hockey League, Ontario Hockey League, and Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (the three make up the CHL) will all have teams, players and uniforms represented in NHL 11.     EA Sports has released the first screenshot for NHL 11 and teased a major upgrade along with it. NHL 11 will include a brand new real-time physics engine. The screenshot is meant to demonstrate that and also includes another new element of the game with a broken stick visible in the background....

    The demo for Tiger Woods 11 is set to arrive for the 360 and PS3 tomorrow (Tuesday May 18th). No word on what the demo will entail just through a post on the official forum it has been learned that it will be available to download tomorrow.     During a conference call earlier this week EA Sports laid out some of the games that they are expecting to have on display at E3 next month. It was not meant to be representative of a final list as the possibility remains for changes and the extent to which the games are shown may vary.     Today EA Sports revealed the "Online Pass" that will be introduced first in Tiger Woods 11 and carry through to upcoming titles. Codes will be inserted into new copies of games providing access to online play for free. However those who purchase the game used or rent will be forced to pay $10 to buy the "Online Pass".     A few months back we found out that EA Sports would be bringing a version of Madden to Facebook. The next in line to make it to Facebook will be FIFA with the game being branded FIFA Superstars.
