Full WWE All-Stars Match
THQ has released the first video featuring a full match from the fighting game WWE All-Stars. The match features Shawn Michaels vs John Morrison, both of which belong to the "Acrobat" class of wrestlers. The game has four sets of classes with the others being "Brawlers", "Grapplers", and "Big Men" that help to define their skill sets. Fight Night Champion Hits and Misses
The highly anticipated Fight Night Champion arrives in stores today. While the marketing push has centered on the "Champion" story mode numerous improvements were made to gameplay, feature additions to online play, and the 'M' rating (the first ever from EA Sports) makes its presence felt throughout the game. Demo for Top Spin 4 Out Now
The demo for Top Spin 4 is now available for the Xbox 360 and will be arriving for the PS3 with the update to PSN this evening. The demo features a tie break match to seven points at the US Open. Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal, Ana Ivanovic, and Serena Williams are the four players available to choose from for the match. Fight Night Champion Story Mode Review
Fight Night Champion is being sold by EA Sports on the strength of its "Champion" story mode. Certainly on a personal level the mode is what I was looking forward to most, having never been a huge fan of the Fight Night series though still recognizing its achievements. Demos for MLB 2K11 and Top Spin 4 Set to Arrive Tomorrow
Though 2K Sports has yet to make officially announce them the demos for both MLB 2K11 and Top Spin 4 are scheduled to hit the PS3 and 360 on Tuesday March 1st. No details on what the demos will feature yet but that will likely be detailed laid out today. WWE All-Stars Leaves Too Much to DLC
With the reveal of the entire WWE All-Stars roster complete the glaring decision to hold back a third of the roster as downloadable content is already generating discussion. By announcing so many DLC wrestlers this early, and including some particularly popular ones in that group, it showed that THQ had planned all along to save them for the sole purpose of charging when they could have included them in the base roster.
