First NHL 14 News Arrives on Monday
EA Sports today announced that the first trailer and feature reveals for NHL 14 will be made on April 15. This comes as somewhat of a surprise as typically the company hasn't started marketing the upcoming NHL releases until late May followed by more in June along with E3. Masters Tournament Now Open in Tiger Woods 14 Country Club
To coincide with the Masters being played April 11-14 a live tournament has been set up in the Tiger Woods PGA Tour 14 Xbox 360 Country Club and started this morning. At times there has been one or two slots available in the club. If that is the case for those who didn't join earlier the password is padre. At time of publish the club was full. Deal on Tiger Woods PGA Tour 14
Only two weeks after release and there is already a huge deal on Tiger Woods 14 available at some retailers. Amazon has the standard version of the game at just $40 with the Xbox 360 but $50 on PS3, while the Historic Edition sits at $60 for both systems. With the Historic Edition content available on the marketplace for $20 there is no advantage to buying one over the other for the 360 if desired. The prevalence of downloadable content for the Tiger Woods PGA Tour series has not just discouraged some consumers from buying on a yearly basis but has even become a point of contention as evidenced by reaction towards the system implemented in Tiger 13. Join the Pastapadre Tiger Woods 14 Country Club on Xbox 360; Regular Tournaments Being Hosted
With Tiger Woods PGA Tour 14 having been out since Friday for those in the Season Ticket program and now available to everyone a Country Club has been set up on the Xbox 360 version for those who would like to participate. Tiger Woods 14 Full Impressions
The Tiger Woods PGA Tour series has been solid if unspectacular this generation carrying with it somewhat limited appeal. Hampered by a heavy reliance on downloadable content the justification to purchase yearly has waned considerably. That won't necessarily change with Tiger Woods 14. People who play yearly may not find as much value as novices. However for those who have skipped recent versions or who would be new to the series it can be easily recommended. (more…)...
