    2K Sports may have a golf game in development based on the recent registration of a domain by Take Two. The domain, 2KGolfLinks.com, was registered last month and spotted first on Twitter before reaching NeoGAF.     With E3 only days away Microsoft decided to get the bad news out of the way before then by detailing their practices regarding second hand games, online requirement, and mandatory Kinect.     At their pre-E3 event earlier today Konami profiled some of the tech enhancements coming to Pro Evolution Soccer 2014. The five minute video includes discussion on the new engine and how the central features which were revealed earlier this week will come into play.  (more…)...
  • First FIFA 14 Gameplay Trailer

    EA Sports today released the debut trailer for FIFA 14 on Xbox 360, PS3, and PC. The effort to do so comes in advance of a next-gen reveal expected Monday at the E3 press conference.     The biggest E3 in years takes place next week and with it an opportunity to get hands-on time with some of the games and get answers to some of the questions that have lingered in the lead-up to their respective releases.   • New NHL 14 Trailer Focuses on Fighting

    EA Sports today released the latest trailer for NHL 14 and this one spotlights the Enforcer Engine which utilizes technology from the Fight Night series to create what is said to be the "most authentic and exhilarating hockey fighting experience ever". The fights now feature a third person perspective, physics-based punch targeting, player size differentiation, user-controlled celebrations afterwards, and damage that remains through the entirety of the game.  (more…)...

    In advance of their pre-E3 event tomorrow Konami has released a feature outline for Pro Evolution Soccer 2014. The game will feature the Fox Engine with a strong theme of fluidity throughout gameplay. PES 2014 will release this fall on Xbox 360, PS3, PC, and PSP - unlike competitor FIFA it will not make the transition to the Xbox One and PS4 this year.  (more…)...
