Demo for PES 2014 Now Available
The demo for Pro Evolution Soccer 2014 arrived today for both the Xbox 360 (can be queued up for download here) and PlayStation 3 in advance of the originally announced dates. Demo for FIFA 14 Available Now
The demo for FIFA 14 is out now on the Xbox 360 (queue it up for download here) and has since also arrived on the PS3. It released for PC yesterday through the Origin store. Eight Teams are included in the demo which features Camp Nou stadium: Manchester City, Tottenham Hotspur, Barcelona, Borussia Dortmund, AC Milan, Paris Saint-Germain, Boca Juniors, and New York Red Bulls. NHL 14 Now Available to Download for Season Ticket Subscribers
Subscribers to the EA Sports Season Ticket program can now access the early release digital download of NHL 14 on both the Xbox 360 and PS3. The digital copy of NHL 14 will expire early Tuesday (6am ET) after which a retail or digital copy will have to be purchased to continue playing. All game saves and achievements will transfer over. NHL 14 Ultimate Team Gets Online Seasons
Like NCAA Football 14 and Madden NFL 25 in recent months Online Seasons will also debut in NHL 14's Ultimate Team mode. That goes along with Online Seasons also being featured in EASHL. The system involves 10 game "seasons" in which winning a certain number of games will lead into playoffs and moving up to tougher competition. Top Rated Players in FIFA 14
EA Sports today released a listing of the top 50 rated players in FIFA 14 which encompasses those rated 85 and higher. Leading the way to no one's surprise is cover athlete Lionel Messi at 94 overall. Following closely behind are Cristiano Ronaldo (92), Franck Ribéry (90), Falcao (90), and four tied at 89. Microsoft Announces Xbox One Release Date
Microsoft today revealed the release date for the Xbox One as November 22. That will bring it to market one week after the PS4.
