NHL 17 added to the EA Access Vault
The third EA Sports game from 2016 has now reached the Vault in EA Access. NHL 17 was added today making it available in full to all subscribers.

Franchise Hockey Manager 3 represents a return of NHL to PC
The first video game product for PC to carry with it the NHL license released today in Franchise Hockey Manager 3. Having the license means for the first time the sim management series will have all the real teams, logos, uniforms, Stanley Cup and league awards to go along with the real player names. First in-season roster update for NHL 17 adds highly touted rookies
On the heels of yesterday's patch for NHL 17 is the arrival of the game's first roster update since the beginning of the season. This is a highly anticipated update not just for getting the NHL team rosters (mostly) accurate but the introduction of rookies who have made their first official appearances. Details on the second patch for NHL 17
The second post-release patch for NHL 17 arrived today, and while it fixes one major gameplay issue it appears any others have gone unaddressed. The first patch for the game in September was based largely on community feedback out of the pre-release beta while this one instead looks to fix some issues before another patch comes responding to feedback since then. The update hits mostly on EA Sports Hockey League and Ultimate Team. 10 hour trial for NHL 17 now available through EA Access on Xbox One
NHL 17 is out now to download as a timed trial with EA Access on Xbox One. Subscribers to the service will get 10 hours of playtime after which it will expire. The timer is ticking down whenever the game is loaded regardless of whether it is being played, menus are being navigated through, or if there is any activity taking place at all. Because of that make sure to exit out and close the application from the Xbox One home screen when not in use.

Trailer and more details on the Draft Champions mode for NHL 17
EA Sports introduced competitive draft-style modes last year in Madden and FIFA. Draft Champions now will be making its debut in the NHL series and today the publisher went into further details on what to expect along with a trailer showcasing the mode.
