Rocket League releases next week free to PlayStation Plus subscribers
Back in September there was a first look at Rocket League, a game which manages to combine cars with soccer. It's about the closest thing there is now to an off-the-wall arcade sports game. After garnering fantastic impressions from those who have played it at various events, Rocket League is set to release next Tuesday, July 7 on PS4 and PC and the big news is that PlayStation Plus subscribers on PS4 will get the game for free.

EA Access offering 10 hours of early Rory McIlroy PGA Tour playtime
Rory McIlroy PGA Tour is officially out on July 14 but those with an EA Access subscription on Xbox One will get the opportunity to play it starting July 9.
That's not anything new, as ever since the service rolled out all EA games have been made available five days prior to their launch for a limited number of hours. What's interesting is that the number of hours being offered has expanded.

Features Announced for PES 2016
Konami today revealed the list of major features and improvements for Pro Evolution Soccer 2016. The series has also moved back into September by settling on the 15th. Oculus Rift to Launch with Sports Game
A pre-E3 event was held today for the Oculus Rift, in which not many details about the actual device were discussed, but some announcements were made. The Facebook-owned Oculus will launch early 2016, have an Xbox One controller packed in, and it'll even allow for Xbox One games to be streamed to your "virtual living room" through your Windows PC.
