The FIFA series repeats in the top spot even though it does so somewhat by default as the field in 2012 simply did not do enough to knock it off the throne. FIFA 13 Ultimate Team Back Online After Being Pulled Due to Exploit
Early this morning EA Sports restored Ultimate Team functionality in FIFA 13. The mode had been taken offline for a couple days without the company discussing why such an extreme action was being taken. Initial Impressions of FIFA 13 on Wii U
FIFA 13 on the Nintendo Wii U offers a satisfying overall experience but inherently the unique features of the system are not completely natural to take advantage of during free-flowing gameplay. It looks and runs beautifully with the new hardware but a few features and gameplay enhancements are notable in their absence. Wii U Coverage Coming Next Week
Three major sports franchises launch along with the Wii U on Sunday: Madden NFL 13, FIFA 13, and NBA 2K13. The first two are actually already out and in hand while 2K13 ships out today. Trailer for FIFA 13 on Wii U
FIFA 13 for the Wii U is out now, though the system doesn't release until Sunday, and EA Sports is now showing the game off through a new trailer. The game features the ability to use the GamePad to assist with shooting, passing, tackling, free kicks, and making managerial changes. FIFA 13 Patch Addressing Career Mode and Other Issues Available Now
The patch for FIFA 13 announced a few days ago as it rolled out for the PC has now gone live for the Xbox 360 and PS3. A few new items have been added to the previous list considering they are console-specific fixes. There is a good deal of attention paid to Career mode in this update as well as miscellaneous issues throughout the game.
