UFC 2009 Undisputed was expected to be a strong seller. The sport is on the rise, reviews and buzz were good, and the marketing was heavy. However I'm not sure if many would've predicted that UFC would sell over one million copies in just the 12 days it was on the market in May. THQ is currently working on a patch for UFC 2009 Undisputed. Given the time it takes to create the patch and get through the certification process we are looking at probably over two weeks and most likely a month or so away. The patch will address the online problem with no result being recorded when people quit and also will work to eliminate some of the lag that has been experienced. No word yet on what else, if anything, would be included in the patch. Hopefully some of the minor griev...

  • UFC 2009 Tutorial Videos

UFC 2009 Undisputed is a game that novices can enjoy but takes a great deal of time to master. That can make the fights feel extremely satisfying as you learn and pick up on the more advanced elements of the game. Typically I don't like to take the time out to run through tutorials. I'd rather figure things out from playing games naturally. But with UFC it is almost necessary to do the tutorials. It takes about a half hour to get through the six of them. After doing so I felt more comfort...
