UFC Undisputed 3 Roster: Welterweights
The rosters for UFC Undisputed 3 conclude with the welterweights - though there remains the list of names to come to make for the 'Pride' mode in the game. If any of the rosters for the various weight classes previously revealed were missed: heavyweight, light heavyweight, middleweight, lightweight, featherweight, and bantamweight.
As with the majority of the divisions there are some real notable names omitted from the roster here - with Anthony "Rumble" Johnson, Jake Ellenberger, R...
UFC Undisputed 3 Roster: Bantamweights
The roster of bantamweights for UFC Undisputed 3 rounds out the two new weight classes - featherweights were revealed previously (as well as heavyweights, light heavyweights, middleweights, and lightweights). Headlined by current champion Dominick Cruz the division also includes Urijah Faber and Demetrious "Mighty Mouse" Johnson. Check out screenshots of all 16 bantamweights that will be included on the UFC 3 roster in the gallery or FB album and leave any thoughts in the comments! UFC Undisputed 3 Roster: Middleweights
The roster reveals for UFC Undisputed 3 continue with the middleweights - following the heavyweights, light heavyweights, lightweights, and featherweights. There were 22 middleweights in UFC 2010 and that numbers drops to 16 (18 if counting the two retailer exclusive fighters) in UFC 3.
The weight class is headlined by champion and cover athlete Anderson Silva - and unlike the other divisions there are no immediately glaring omissions. The debate though over having to pre-order at a speci...
UFC Undisputed 3 Roster: Featherweights
UFC Undisputed 3 is able to make the claim of having the largest roster to date seemingly because of introducing two new weight classes - while the others (heavyweight, light heavyweight, and lightweight) all have seen their numbers decline. The featherweights are the first of the two new ones to get the roster breakdown via ESPN - where info on each of the 16 fighters and screenshots can be found.
Notable names absent include "The Korean Zombie" Chan Sung Jung and Nam Phan. Continue for ...
UFC Undisputed 3 Roster: Heavyweights
The roster reveal for UFC Undisputed 3 continues today with the heavyweights - following last week's look at the light heavyweights and the lightweights. Again the number of fighters in the weight class drops going from 27 in UFC 2010 to 16 in UFC 3.
Headlined by current champion Cain Velasquez the group also includes upcoming challenger Junior Dos Santos and former champ Brock Lesnar. A few notable names absent from the list are Alistair Overeem and Matt Mitrione. Check out ESPN for more...
UFC Undisputed 3 Roster: Lightweights
The reveal of rosters for UFC Undisputed 3 continues today with the lightweights. Pointed out by many were a few notable names omitted from the light heavyweights yesterday. Despite having the largest roster to date for the franchise it appears to be due primarily to the two new weight classes rather than expanding across the board - in fact each individual weight class is shrinking in numbers. UFC 3 will feature 16 lightweights compared to 22 that were in UFC 2010.
Frankie Edgar tops the...
UFC Undisputed 3 Roster: Light Heavyweights
Over the weekend it was announced that Anderson Silva won the vote to be cover athlete of UFC Undisputed 3. Naturally, with a release planned for January, the next thing in line from a promotion standpoint would be to roll out the complete roster which is said to be larger than the previous two iterations topping 150 fighters - though that is more due to the two new divisions rather than further expanding the previous ones that were included.
The roster reveal began today with ESPN releas...
