The UFC as a video game franchise and THQ faced a somewhat do-or-die scenario with the release of UFC Undisputed 3. Signs of Improvement Evident with UFC Undisputed 3’s Online Play
The opening days of UFC Undisputed 3 were full of online-related troubles but some sense of stability seems now to have been achieved. Over the weekend the servers were consistently up, cases of lag-plagued fights notably reduced, and fewer (though not completely eliminated) disconnects experienced across the board. Online Play for UFC Undisputed 3 Limps Into the Holiday Weekend
THQ is continuing to provide frequent updates on the status of UFC Undisputed 3's online play. Having been plagued by server outages, frequent disconnects, severe lag, and other issues coinciding with release on Tuesday only minimal progress has been made since.
