Court Extends Claims Period for EA Football Pricing Settlement
Notice today was sent out that the claims period for the class action settlement in regards to the pricing of football products has now been extended to May 15. The original cut-off was March 5 but is now being pushed out due to a lower than anticipated number of claims having been made. With a hearing in June regarding class-action status, and a trial tentatively slated to begin a year later, news on the lawsuit against the NCAA, CLC, and EA will likely become more frequent going forward than has been the case until now.
