NBA Live 09 Price Reduced?
Amazon has lowered the price of every version of NBA Live 09 by $5. So far Amazon is the only retailer to have done this so it may very well be a promotion that they worked out with EA. If it was a total price reduction Gamestop would probably have made the switch at the same time. Madden 09 Patch #2 Now Out
After having to wait a few days from the initial time the second patch for Madden 09 was thought to go live it is now out for the 360 and PS3. As long as your console is connected online you will be automatically prompted to download the patch when next starting up the game. You will not have to restart franchise mode for the effects of the patch to come through. NBA 2K9 Player Ratings
Operation Sports has now posted NBA 2K9 screenshots of each team's full roster. The screenshots display the player's overall ratings along with the grades for the following categories: inside shooting, outside shooting, perimeter defense, post defense, ball handling, rebounding, IQ, and athleticism. Congratulations to the Clemson Tigers and coach AzureEffect on winning the BCS National Championship in the Pastapadre Online Dynasty. Madden and NFL Head Coach 09 Patch Updates
The patches for Madden 09 and NFL Head Coach 09 have been in certification testing with Microsoft and Sony for some time now so here is the latest on where we are at with those. (Updated) Madden 09 will be receiving its second patch at 5am ET on Tuesday morning. It should be arriving for both the 360 and PS3. Madden 09 Roster Update #4 Details
The fourth roster update for Madden 09 is currently set to be out later today. EA is attempting to release an update every week now and that consistency is welcome. This update includes Shawne Merriman going to the IR, all the receiver changes for the Seahawks (except for Nate Burleson to the IR?), the Broncos receive the benefit of several ratings increases, and Adrian Peterson moves up to a 98. NBA 2K9 Gameplay Footage
NBA 2K9 had some time on Gamespot's "On the Spot" show today. While there was some early video from E3 this represents the first real look at a near finished build of the game.
