Another Week With No Madden 10 Roster Update
Yet another week will go by without a roster update for Madden 10. The next update will be arriving on Friday December 11th. That makes it now only two updates in the last seven weeks and will make for the second consecutive three week break. Considering the way things have been going and the upcoming holidays one has to wonder if the next to come won't end up being the last until the playoffs. While Backbreaker has been largely quiet since being shown to some media outlets at E3 there have been a few things discovered over that time including the publisher and potential release date and price. Week 12 Ratings Change Suggestions
While no statement has been made as to whether a roster update for Madden 10 will be delivered this week the hope would be there after taking last week off due to the Thanksgiving holiday. If there isn't one this week that would make it only two updates in the seven weeks slipping into an area where a bad precedent of one update a month could be set. EA Sports has released a blog detailing what will be found in the second patch for Madden 10. There is nothing further provided on when the patch will be out as it is just awaiting certification clearance from Microsoft and Sony. Potential Features for NCAA Football 11
A survey distributed by EA may have provided some insight into improvements and new features that are being considered for NCAA Football 11. The questionnaire asks for a selection of the top three out of 13 choices. Included are things like an Athletic Director mode with stadium creator, authentic team entrances, and ESPN style TV presentation. I've always been a fan of arcade style games however with certain caveats. They have to be simple to play but still include some sort of strategy. With that they must eliminate any frustrating elements that comes from that strategy or from the simplified gameplay. Madden NFL Arcade Now Available
The downloadable only game Madden Arcade is now available for both the 360 and PS3. It can be found on XBLA for 1200 MS points and the equivalent $15 on PSN. Week 11 Ratings Change Suggestions
While there has been no statement that has ruled out a roster update for Madden 10 this week it does seem unlikely given the Thanksgiving holiday. Still it is good to track performance on a weekly basis in order to better evaluate where the roster updates are taking players when they aren't being done as frequently meaning there is more potential to miss things.
