The voting to select the past Heisman winner to join Robert Griffin III on the cover of NCAA Football 13 has now reached the final four. Desmond Howard will take on Herschel Walker while Barry Sanders will face Doug Flutie for the right to move on to the finals. Peyton Manning has reportedly made his decision and he will join the Denver Broncos. Negotiations are underway and details being hammered out - it would be hard to imagine both sides not doing what it takes to get the deal done officially here shortly. I've applied unofficial seedings from 1-64 based on cover worthiness and potential to win the tournament.
