The cover campaign for Madden NFL 25 which began back on March 11 with 64 participants - some current stars and others legends from the past - has finally produced a winner. 40 million votes were cast throughout the process and with 58% of the returns Barry Sanders prevailed over Adrian Peterson in the finals for the honor of being featured on the cover.

EA Sports today unveiled the upcoming "playbook" structure for news on Madden NFL 25. The first scheduled for Thursday, "Run Free", is expected to be similar to the running game enhancements already announced for NCAA Football 14. Notice today was sent out that the claims period for the class action settlement in regards to the pricing of football products has now been extended to May 15. The original cut-off was March 5 but is now being pushed out due to a lower than anticipated number of claims having been made.
