    EA Sports today released additional details on the Seasons feature within Madden NFL 25's Ultimate Team mode. Similar to those found in NCAA Football and FIFA's Ultimate Team offerings and being introduced this year in Madden, the Online Seasons offer 10 game stretches followed by playoffs for the right to move on to the next level.     One of the primary new features announced for Ultimate Team in Madden NFL 25 is the return of team chemistry. Four offensive and defensive styles will be available to choose from and players will fit better into specific ones they are suited for rather than if they are inserted on a team that has a different style in mind.   • Individual Challenging Attorney Fees Delays EA Football Pricing Settlement Payouts

    The class action settlement that came down from the lawsuit that claimed EA raised the price of football games after securing exclusive licenses is now being held up by an individual taking issue with the cut the lawyers received in the deal. An extension to the period to make claims was enacted back in April with payouts expected to be made over the summer.   • Ultimate Team in Madden NFL 25 Adds Head-to-Head Seasons and Returns Chemistry

    EA Sports today released details on the improvements coming to Ultimate Team mode in Madden NFL 25. The mode will reintroduce "Chemistry" as a factor in building teams while a new Head-to-Head Seasons mode will offer up competition in 10 game "seasons" capped by playoffs to move up to the next level.   • Aaron Hernandez Charged With Murder; Will Affect Both Football Games This Year

    Earlier today Aaron Hernandez was cut by the New England Patriots after being arrested and later charged with first degree murder and five other counts relating to firearms. Not only does that mean he'll have to be pulled out of the rosters in Madden NFL 25 but an appearance in NCAA Football 14 will also need to be scrapped by EA Sports.  (more…)...

    EA Sports has released a new trailer for Madden NFL 25 and this one details the new Madden Share feature. Though the news relates to the 360/PS3 version the fact that EA has declared the One/PS4 version will be similar or near identical in feature sets (besides what it is offering extra with the Ignite engine) means it can probably be expected there as well.  (more…)...

    On Thursday EA Sports released two pieces of media for Madden NFL 25 through Instagram. Creative director Mike Young sent out an image of William "The Refrigerator" Perry who was confirmed in April as one of the new additions this year. As a legend he'll be available to control as a "Player" in Connected Franchise or collectible in Madden Ultimate Team.
