Madden NFL 25: Hits and Misses
Madden NFL 25 released without any truly defined expectations. With an anniversary year being heavily promoted it stood to reason that EA Sports would pour resources into the game - releasing at the tail end of the current generation where it peaked in the last - and realize the benefits of having rebuilt eight years ago and overcoming some of those struggles as of late.
At the same time launching on the Xbox One and PS4 in November the next-gen version of the game was sure to siphon off ...
Possible Workarounds for Freezing Issues in Madden NFL 25
Though not widespread there are a number of consumers experiencing freezing issues in Madden NFL 25. A thread with well over 200 replies on the official EA forum documents the problems and potential temporary solutions.
What seems to be working for those unable to even reach the main menu involves avoiding the connection made to the EA servers on initial boot-up. When loading the game there will be a point where the notification appears that connection is being made to the servers. Hit B ...
Early Deal on Madden NFL 25 Is Great For Those Moving From 360 to Xbox One
In a surprise move yesterday Amazon added a $10 promo credit to Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 copies of Madden NFL 25 (excluding the Anniversary Edition) for both ongoing sales and consumers who pre-ordered. Elsewhere NewEgg via Ebay had copies going for $45 but their supply was run through fairly quickly. Costco meanwhile is selling the game for $55. As was the case with NCAA Football 14 it's likely some retailers will drop the price temporarily on Madden even lower within the next week or two...
Madden NFL 25 Release Day Roster Update
The first roster update for Madden NFL 25 arrived today with its main purpose to execute personnel moves, shuffle the depth charts, and reflect injuries since the original set was locked down about six weeks ago. Your Thoughts on Madden NFL 25
It's officially launch day for Madden NFL 25 - though the Season Ticket release has taken some wind out of the yearly "big event" sails - and response to the game has been all over the board. My full impressions and run-through of Franchise mode attempted to paint a picture of the experience the game provides through nearly 30 hours of playing. A Press Row Hangout with Rich Grisham, who's somewhat more positive on the game, was recorded to discuss it from all angles at even greater length. ...

Madden NFL 25 Complete Connected Franchise Owner Mode Impressions
The name change to Connected Franchise is accompanied by a whole new career path in Madden NFL 25. For some time Owner mode has appeared to be what will determine most the value of this year's edition in the series at least in terms of new features.
What follows is a run-through of the Owner mode experience. There simply was not enough time to analyze every feature included within, but instead this represents a general overview of how the mode shapes up and its potential lasting appeal. E...
Madden NFL 25 Complete Initial Impressions
Madden NFL 25 is one of the most difficult to evaluate sports games in recent memory. It carries with it considerable value thanks to a deep feature set, distinct improvements to gameplay, and appreciable fun factor. For every positive though there seems to be something dragging it down from potential excellence. Features aren't completely fleshed out, gameplay looks and feels chaotic, and legacy issues remain unaddressed.
Make sure to check out the detailed walkthrough of Connected Franc...
