Richard Sherman Selected as Madden NFL 15 Cover Athlete
EA Sports today announced that Seattle Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman has won the tournament to be the cover athlete for Madden NFL 15 by beating Cam Newton in the finals. Madden NFL 15 Expanded First Feature Details, Ultimate Edition, and New Trailer
In advance of E3 next week, EA Sports has released some additional details on Madden NFL 15 and a new "gameplay" trailer which includes a brief look at some replay footage. On the same day the San Francisco 49ers signed Colin Kaepernick to a massive contact extension, EA Sports has released the first screenshot for Madden NFL 15 and it features the QB. Madden NFL 15 Cover Vote Begins
Despite the fatigue with cover voting EA Sports is continuing to roll them out and Madden NFL 15's opened up yesterday. At least in this case the field has been trimmed from the 64 participants to 16 and from lasting multiple months to just one. Votes can be cast through the ESPN Cover Vote page. Richard Sherman has to be considered the definitive favorite in this case. Cam Newton and Andrew Luck could provide a challenge, but the field in general is fairly weak compared to previous years...

Players Drafted in First Round Will Be Added to Madden NFL 25 Ultimate Team
EA Sports has announced that all first rounders selected in the 2014 NFL Draft on Thursday night will be added to Madden NFL 25 Ultimate Team mode. The players will show up in packs and be obtainable through the Auction House. This will make it three consecutive years that the company has added incoming rookies for the upcoming season to Ultimate Team in the previous season's Madden.
