Amazon Prime members can buy Madden NFL 16 on Xbox One for $45 or PS4 for $50
Amazon recently began offering discounts on select upcoming video games to members of Amazon Prime. The initial group included next week's Rory McIlroy PGA Tour and this fall's Call of Duty: Black Ops III for $50. Madden NFL 16 is the latest game added to be added to the promotion. The Xbox One version is being offered for $45, while the PlayStation 4 version is $50. The games must be added to your cart and taken into the checkout page for the discounts to be applied. Earlier this week I took a closer look at some gameplay footage of Madden NFL 16, pulling out relevant clips and attempting to identify what the game has added or improved upon and what might still need some work at this stage of development. Popularity of EA Sports games gauged through E3 trailer views
EA Sports rolled out new trailers for their upcoming games at E3. What kind of traction have they had on Youtube and is there anything to be gleaned from view numbers? What probably stands out the most is how Madden really isn't drawing at a rate that would be representative of its sales numbers - something that seems to be a trend over recent years. (more…)...

On Monday EA Sports detailed the work that had been done for defense, AI on offense, and penalties in Madden NFL 16. Now they've followed up with specifics on the passing game. Hangout Video: E3 2015 Day Zero Reactions
