EA Sports also cancels NBA Live PC
After hearing that Madden for the PC had been shut down it can't come as a huge surprise that NBA Live will join it on the bench. While this has caused the PC community more angst the sales and piracy concerns don't seem to warrant new releases in their current forms. What will come for Madden around the NFL Draft?
Not only is the NFL Draft an exciting time for all football fans but it brings the first rumblings around the new version of Madden as well. Three teams that began last season thought to be playoff contenders come up now in the Madden Mock Draft. The Broncos, Panthers, and Bears will look to take players that could patch weaknesses and propel them back into contention. Madden Mock Draft picks 9-11
We've now reached picks 9 through 11 in the Madden Mock Draft. Again we are in an area where team needs take precedence as ratings are going to be comparable between most of the players that can be considered. Countdown to Madden cover announcement
When the official Madden 09 website launched I brought up the presence of the statement "the countdown begins 4/5/08" and what that could mean. Yesterday the site updated and it will display one of the covers from the 20 years of Madden each day as the NFL Draft nears. The countdown leads up to the 24th which is when presumably the Madden 09 cover athlete will be revealed.
