More bad news for fans of the show FlashForward which has been going through a rocky couple months. After initially starting out with good ratings they fell off quickly, co-creator Mark Guggenheim left the series, word of a temporary production shutdown leaked out, the show went on hiatus until March 4th, and most recently it was moved back even further to the 18th. Now what could be the most devastating blow arrives with the news that co-creator and showrunner David Goyer is stepping down ...

The sixth and final season of Lost kicked off last night with a two hour premiere. Rather than posting some of my thoughts in the article I'll add them in the comments to avoid spoiling (don't read them unless you've seen the show)! Make sure to leave your reaction and any theories in the comments as well for discussion. You are also welcome to take part in the discussion thread in the forums....

With the highly anticipated premiere of the final season of Lost arriving tomorrow night, ABC has finally released a trailer that actually includes new footage. There are also some clips including the first four minutes of the episode that have leaked out but I'm avoiding watching any of those. Check out the new trailer below and see if you can get any more excited than you already were! ...
  • Lost’s Flight 815 Crash in Real Time

This is a pretty fascinating watch for anyone who is a fan of Lost. With so much bouncing around from character to character and within different timelines it is nearly impossible to piece everything together and recognize how things fit with each other. However this video mash-up, presented in 24 style, does a terrific job of presenting the crash of Oceanic Flight 815 in real time. Most will remember the scenes that are included but probably not how they all developed during the moments su...
  • Conan O’Brien Goes Out On Top

The ratings for the final The Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien were huge as it drew a 4.8 rating in the 18-49 demographic. To put that in perspective it was the highest rated program on all of TV Friday, though that isn't completely surprising given that Friday is generally weak in primetime and the Haiti telethon took over all the networks. However that 4.8 is by far higher than anything NBC has put on the air in primetime lately other than The Biggest Loser which came close with a 4.7 earlier...

Summit Entertainment will be extending on the concept introduced in the movie Push by turning it into a TV series. The Hollywood Reporter has the details which includes screenwriter David Hayter scripting the pilot. He is best known for writing The Watchmen and the first two X-Men movies. No network has been attached to the project yet. The series will purportedly be an extension of the science-fiction thriller, centered on people with paranormal powers who band together to take down a corrup...
  • Picks for the Golden Globes

The Golden Globes are generally entertaining due to the laid back party atmosphere. Taking advantage of that will be the host Ricky Gervais as it airs on Sunday night at 8ET/5PT on NBC. Outside of the hilarity he is sure to deliver there is some genuine intrigue in the categories this year. While the Globes are voted on by the Hollywood Foreign Press they are still seen as an indicator of the upcoming nominations and potential winners at the Academy Awards as well. I went through each categ...
  • Jimmy Kimmel Crushes Jay Leno

For some reason Jimmy Kimmel was booked onto The Jay Leno Show to take part in the "10 at 10" segment last night. This was an odd decision for two reasons. The first is that he works for a competing network in late night (ABC). The second is that just earlier this week on his show Kimmel took shots at Leno by doing an impression of him. Kimmel is obviously in the corner of Conan O'Brien so whether NBC thought this would create buzz or if Leno is just that naive either way it was a bizarre deci...
