ThunderCats Reboot Coming to Cartoon Network
Warner Brothers has announced they have begun production on a 21st century re-imagination of the 1980s classic ThunderCats for the Cartoon Network. They also released the first teaser image which definitely suggests there will be a darker tone. No word yet on when the show could make its debut. I grew up watching ThunderCats, and though it wasn't my favorite show at the time I'll definitely be interested to see what they do with it now.

Entertainment Weekly has broken the news that Julia Stiles is in final talks to join the cast of Dexter for its fifth season. The role is being described as top secret though we know it will not be as a "big bad" given that there will be no central villain that Dexter has to deal with over the string of episodes. ABC Considering Reboot of Alias
E Online is reporting on a rumor that ABC is talking about the idea of rebooting Alias. The JJ Abrams series ran on the network for five seasons from 2001-2006. It is unknown whether Abrams would be involved given he is in the midst of launching his new series Undercovers for NBC. Two new high-profile shows headline CBS' Fall Schedule. $#*! My Dad Says, based on the Twitter account (seriously), stars William Shatner while Hawaii Five-O presents a remake of the classic series. CBS Cancels Seven Shows
CBS is the only network of the big four that has yet to release their fall schedule however we now know of seven series that have gotten the ax. Ghost Whisperer, Cold Case, Numb3ers, New Adventures of Old Christine, Gary Unmarried, Accidentally on Purpose, and Miami Medical.
None of these cancellations are particularly surprising. Miami Medical is the newest of the bunch while Cold Case and Numb3ers have plenty of seasons under their belts to continue to be very profitable in syndication. I...
