A new series from Heroes creator Tim Kring has been picked up by Fox for pilot and Kiefer Sutherland has signed on to star. Touch will focus on a father who discovers that his autistic son can predict future events. It appears as though the series is headed towards premiering in midseason and not in the fall due to Sutherland's current obligations as he stars in the Broadway production That Championship Season. That would put Touch in similar position as Sutherland's last series 24 which...

The series premiere of The Chicago Code drew 9.4 million viewers and a 2.4 18-49 rating which will be construed as disappointing in some circles considering the circumstances. Despite having promotion during the Super Bowl, and the entire NFL playoffs where Fox pushed the new series, it didn't become an instant break-out hit and lost about 25% of the viewers and 44% of the critical demo from the House lead-in. Still it was easily the highest rated program to follow House in over a yea...

In its second week after having been moved to Friday nights the Fox series Fringe delivered a 1.9 rating in the 18-49 demo. That matches the rating it earned with its debut in the time slot and makes it once again the top rated show of the evening. Friday night is typically a ratings graveyard because the 18-49 demo is less likely to be home watching TV. High ...
