The nominees for the 2011 Emmy Awards were announced this morning with the show scheduled to take place on Sunday September 18th on Fox. Leading the way with 21 nominations is HBO miniseries Mildred Pierce. That is followed with 19 for Mad Men, 18 for Boardwalk Empire, and 17 for Modern Family.
