When Breaking Bad was renewed for a fifth and final season it received a 16 episode order meaning its network (AMC) planned for either one extra long season or to break it into two separate runs. The answer has now come along with a premiere date.
The new season of Breaking Bad will begin on Sunday July 15 marking the start of the first half of the season. It will then return in summer 2013 with the last eight episodes to close off the highly acclaimed series....
GI Joe: Retaliation Delayed to 2013
It's incredibly rare for a movie so close to getting released delayed but that has just happened with GI Joe: Retaliation. Scheduled to arrive in theaters on June 29 it has now been pushed back to March 29, 2013.
The reasoning given by Paramount is they are going to add 3D - and having that makes sense particularly given the fondness for it overseas. However what is baffling is why they didn't make that decision a long while back. It is not a new phenomenon that big budget films in intern...

Dan Harmon Ousted as Community Showrunner
Fans of the low-rated but much loved comedy series Community were excited by its recent pickup for a fourth season even though it was only a 13 episode order. At this point it's hard to criticize NBC given that the network has stuck by it when it would've been a justifiable cancellation at any point in its run.
Still the buzz isn't completely positive as the latest news is one that could turn off the hardcore fans who have supported it all along. Dan Harmon, the show's creator and intense...

Trailer for New NBC Series Revolution
The one standout from NBC's weak looking previews of new shows for the fall season is Revolution which comes from J.J. Abrams as co-creator and producer. Jon Favreau (Iron Man) also produces and actually directed the pilot which was written by Eric Kripke (Supernatural). The series takes place in a future where energy has ceased to exist and has the feel of a mix between Lost and Jericho.Ă‚Â Revolution is currently set to air on Monday nights at 10pm - a start date in the fall has yet to be ...
