Halloween arrives a week early at the box office as the now yearly installment of the Saw franchise is released. Saw VI will look to continue the astonishingly consistent performance of the sequels. The best chance of a strong box office pull is presented by releasing this weekend rather than next Friday. Top DVD Sales and Rentals for Week Ending October 18, 2009
Monsters vs. Aliens is no longer the top selling DVD. The animated movie, which held the top slot the past two weeks, was defeated by the romantic comedy The Proposal. Hulu To Begin Charging Next Year
Since launching in mid-2008 Hulu has become a most popular online destination for watching TV shows and movies. Many networks have made the decision to partner with Hulu and offer their programs, while a handful of movie studios have made deals to have their films shown on the site. “Behind the Scenes” Clip of the A-Team
Entertainment Tonight has posted a "Behind the Scenes" clip of the new A-Team movie. In the clip we get a glimpse at 'Rampage' Jackson in action as B.A. Baracus, and Jessica Biel hinting at a past romance between her and Bradley Cooper's character Lt. Templeton 'Faceman' Peck. Later in the clip, Cooper informs us how he prepared for the role of 'Faceman'.
The A-Team is being filmed in Vancouver is scheduled to release June 11th, 2010.

Season of the Witch Teaser
Nicolas Cage and Ron Pearlman star in Season of the Witch, a period action film centering on 14th century knights who journey with a woman that is accused of infecting the world with the Bubonic plague.
This movie represents a reunion of Cage with Gone in Sixty Seconds director Dominic Sena. Since then Sena has directed Swordfish and most recently Whiteout. Season of the Witch is scheduled to release on March 19th 2010.

Two New “This Is It” Clips
Yahoo! has posted two new clips from Michael Jackson's This Is It. The documentary shows us how he prepared for his series of sold-out shows in London just before his death. The film is scheduled to release this week. As reported a previously, hundreds of screenings in North America have already sold out, a month prior to this Friday's release.

New Trailer for The Wolfman
The Wolfman is a remake of the 1941 film by the same name about a man who reunites with his father when investigating the death of his brother. He goes on a hunt for the murderer which turns out to be a werewolf. The movie stars Benecio Del Toro, Anthony Hopkins, Hugo Weaving and Emily Blunt and is directed by Joe Johnston. In what has become a yearly tradition a new Saw movie releases this weekend ahead of Halloween. However this time around it will face stiff competition from the low budget Paranormal Activity. The Saw franchise has seen opening weekend takes right above 30 million for each of the five sequels.
